  • We are not driven by large quantities of projects or cramped timelines; we do not take shortcuts.
  • We do not load our project managers with too many projects. Each project manager manages 2 projects.

How do we manage your project?

 

Job Site Supervision
We have two levels of supervision: the Project Manager and his team, both of whom support your project. Our supervision time is flexible. Our commitment is to deliver a quality workmanship for your home or business and consistent attention to your project. The supervision hours necessary to manage your project will vary throughout the building process. For example, the drywall process does not take as much supervision as tile installation. We successfully manage construction projects in approximately four hours per day. We add and subtract hours as needed, never over or under supervising.

 

Communication
We communicate with you in formal and informal ways. We hold weekly team meetings where job progress, construction and design issues are solved. Notes generated from this meeting are distributed to team members.

Weekly e-mail reports state the week’s accomplishments, the following week’s schedule and identify needed decisions.
